Mass Effect Salarian

This would have to be my first 'proper' sculpt in ZBrush. I have only learnt in the past few days and i really enjoy it! It loosely modeled off Mordin, but mainly it was an exercise to see what i could achieve.

I quickly threw some paint on tit this morning, but i am looking for ideas on where to go from here. Obviously i need to do the eyes and eyelids and maybe get some wetness into certain areas.

Bring the critique please.
