Pirate and Elf Character

Any feedback or suggestions are welcome! These are intended as different races in a game, so I am striving to keep them low poly. I am terrible at texturing which is why I have done two models before I even started texturing, but eventually I will be texturing these as well.

The pirate is currently 9348 triangles and the elf is 6652, (7924 including the staff and book props).

The pirate's arms are too short at the moment, forearm needs to be longer and the hands bigger (arms average length is to the groin area)

Ah, I see. I modeled them to be short and stubby, but I agree that they are too much so. I will make them longer in my next pass. Thank you!
