Really impressive. Could you tell a bit about it? Is it a Canadian community? Do you make games together?

@frankey: In response to your question. I Usually use Xnormal as well. but for this project I found a regular max bake to suit my needs better. Of course there is always some cleanupp to be done after baking the normal map. I still used xnormal to make the AO though. If ya got anymore questions feel free to PM me

Very nice job Michael. That's very close to what I was looking for.

Few fixes are listed on above. Most of them are missing details or wrong details, one of them is proportion issue.

Huge improvement on diffuse. The middle one is your result, the bottom one is my paint over. It took two layers, less than 2 minutes to get the improved result. meaning you aren't far from what it needs to be. pm me with your email, i will send you the psd of my paint over so you can see what those two layers r and what's on them.

please have those comments fixed and updated.

Michael, Pascal, here is your next assignment.

1. you have 50 hrs in total. and 8 hrs of fix comments.
2. 500-600 trian
3. diffuse, spec, glossy, normal are required.

good luck.

p.s. time and speed is not the concern right now. you have 50, use that 50. result matters.

Thought I'd post some final images for the two assignments I have done - even though the thread seems kinda dead these days... Anyways, hope you're all well and keeping it real I sure am.
