Hi smas.

Well I liked your bike, maybe you could add more detail in the engine. But what I really recommend you to do is to model the tires. Don't use an bump or displacement map. I'm telling for my experience, is better to model. After all is pretty easy.

Thumbs up :)

Im glad you liked it!
I will absolutley add more detail to the engine. I was thinking about wether to model or use bump for the tires. Guess ill be modeling them

What is the 3d package that you are using? With modeling tires you got a better result.

Smile small update

cyrus3v: I use maya and zbrush.

I walked to the police station and had a look at a pistol (sig sauer p226) to understand how a few pieces fit together. Thanks to the nice police man

fac

Hi Johan,

I fear I disagree with the crit of rtrska.

I liked her face at it was firstglance.
She has a very nice tomboy agressive touch to her
that gets lost somehow to a not so expressiv face otherwise.

(Sorry, if I am kind of late with this.)

i agree her face is a bit off looking.

her upper lip seems to be to much out and her eyes look like they are to "closed"
but i see the biggest problem that she looks like shes sucking a lolipop.
i would do her chin much wider, if i could model humans

like here

but still very interesting stuff!
greets

Thumbs up

Thank you for sharing your thoughts!
About the face.. Im glad you like it Jake. However I will change/remodel before this is finished. I agree with what Kareeem said about "sucking lolipop" for sure.
Hope to get time for human modeling next week!

Again thanks for commenting! It realy helps and inspires.

Hers a small update on the gun

damn gun :)

Most of the modeling done and I set up a quick render with a few lights.. couldnt help it.
My goal was to finish this today, but other things had to be done :(
Maybe ill leave it for a few days to get going with the actual characters body.

Thats some really nice mechanical modeling smas!
Are you going to put some textures on those later with some oil stains scratches, some dirt and such? would be killer.

For the character you should lock over the anatomy legs seem a bit to long, if that's not what your aiming for of course.
May add some slope in the neck to shoulder area, and the torso is in general around 3 heads.
of the 2 pictures flipping in your gif animation i like the one with eyes closer together smaller ears and round chin it locks most feminine. I think you will get her more mean with some textures so the eyebrows is more present.

The mechanical parts are really nice.

I must say, the model is looking quite nicely also. The folds on the pants are quite good, but you may want to relook at the butt area. The big fold at the butt area feel unnaturally, & flat. Usually, at the butt area ( apparent I study a lot of these....)tends to be tighter, & the folds must be more firm, & not loose (unless of course it is really baggy).

Anyway, I made a paintover for the head.

I hope you do not mind. Not sure the final look you go for, but you can use this for reference.

Cheers.
