3d Avatars

Hi,

I am designing some low poly 3d avatars for a social app. Having just finished the designs, I have started the 3d modelling process. I will post the entire production here. Any feedback/critique/advice would be extremely valuable.

The designs for teh avatars. Theree are 2 base bodies (one for guy and one for girl) using different accesories:

My initial dab at the models. I'm at a veretx count of 1800 so far which is good for our purposes.

I look forward to your critiques and advices. Thanks for your time.

Cheers,
Rakesh

They're cute, but the girl on the second row looks like a guy in drag to me :P

Maybe it's her body type, might need to be a bit more curvy, or maybe add more eyelashes. Also her feet seem a little wonky, especially the right one(her left).

Looking good otherwise!

Update to teh chracters I've been designing for a social app. The base mesh, without the clothes and all comes to just above 1000 polys . But this being a social app, where only one chracter would be on screen , the engine handles it smoothly even on low end phones.

I've just started texturing and look forward to your comments and crits.
