Awesome modeling and the texturing looks pretty good too. If I were to give one critique, it's probably more of a personal opinion, but I'm not really feeling the tire track background.

Modeling looks solid, but Im not sure if its just the picture but it looks as if you cheated some holding edges somewhere.

The only thing Im not crazy about is the texturing. Not that its necessarily bad or good, of course in this industry we produce for purpose. If you are not going for realistic look then it would be more than fine. However if you are going for more of a realistic look, which I assume from looking at the complexity of your model, then I would recommend working on the texture a bit more. The rust and the greens look a bit cartoony and soft. It would be only reasonably assumed that if there is that much rust on the threads that there would be much more smaller peels of rust higher up on the vehicle and in other locations. Also I think it could use a bit more scratches, Im only saying this going based off the rust. She looks as if she has been used up and bit and should show more wear and tear. Other than that, as I said the modeling looks pretty solid for the most part, its just a bit of texture improvement to really get that finished look. Other than that great job and it looks like some good stuff so far !
