A decisive moment - overtaking

Hello, this is my entry. A person peacefully driving when he sees an overtaking car in his lane. What will happen next? It depends on the quick thinking and reactions of all drivers.

Here is my idea done quickly in 3ds max



and this is my progress on the environment. Cars coming soon.

So i am using an old model of a fiat bravo i did my self but tweaked and will tweak a bit more for the scene, an Audi model i finished recently and i am making a ford fiesta now.
