Problem with uploading my entries

hi, wonder if anyone would kindly help me out, i had been having problem uploading my entries, i could not up load my stuff, once i click on the yellow button, a pop up show, saying i should choose a fuile to up load, but after i choose the file, it doent do anythin and my file is still not uploading
