Base Fx Junior Compositor (Beijing, China)
-Able to deal with compositing tasks effectively;
-Able to cooperate with team members to accomplish complicated and large-scaled shots, also can complete a simple shot independently;
-Ensure that the final delivered shots are with delicate techniques and creativity.
-Bachelors degree or above, in Humanities, Arts, or CG preferred;
-Self-taught persons with that show high skill level will also be considered, as long as they have a strong art background;
-Ability to put theories into practice preferred;
-Experience in using Shake;
-Has knowledge of photography and film making, especially the influence of the relationship between lighting and shots on pictures;
-Ability to follow leadership, also learn and manage feedback or suggestions from the CD and CEO;
-Loves CG industry, open-minded and long-term goal oriented;
-Good communication skills and teaching attitude;
-Works well with others, and able to adapt to any environment;
-Able to work under pressure;
-Self-motivated, strong thirst for knowledge;
-Well-organized and works efficiently.
