Ironbelly is looking to hire an Assistant Producer

With the phenomenal growth we've seen over the past 12 months we are looking at hiring an additional producer to help manage all of the projects, large and small, that we are involved in. We're looking for a passionate person who gets a rush from organizing and inspiring others. This person should be as comfortable spending days in spreadsheets, schedules and budgets as much as they are critiquing gameplay ideas and designing compelling game mechanics.

Assisting and overseeing multiple projects
Scheduling work out in advance
Staying on top of time budgeted versus time spent and addressing problems early on
Setting up tasks and projects in a waterfall style upfront and then managing with an Agile touch

Communicating with team members from all different departments
Communicating with clients and making sure jobs are on task and client feedback is addresses
All of the rest of the fun that goes along with Video game Project Management

Game Design experience
Documentation experience(GDD's, LDD's, TDD's)
Experience with both UDK/Unreal and Unity projects
Knowledgeable in Agile management methodologies
The obvious stuff like a high level of proficiency with Office(MS/Libre), Outlook/thunderbird, windows, etc etc
Experience managing remote teams

Desirable Skills

Experience with Articyraft
Experience with one or more Project management toolset(JIRA, Project, etc etc)
Collaborative tool experience:, Evernote, Trello, SVN
Mobile game development experience
Little to no social life to speak of (jk)
Open to the possibility of relocating to the beautiful city of Montreal

It would be a part time position to start as we get you acclimatized with our operation and would scale up from there. Any interesting parties can send over their linkedin profile and ideally a cover letter tell us a bit about themselves to
