Midcoast: Detroit, Michigan CGI Studio Hiring CGI Artist, Modeler, Senior Retoucher

Midcoast is a Detroit-based 3D studio . We are rapidly growing and are currently accepting resumes for the following positions. Resumes should include work experience, references and a link to your portfolio. Please direct all resumes to careers@MidcoastStudio.com. All positions are based in Metro Detroit area. Thanks!


CGI Artist

Experience in 3D Studio Max, Maya, Mental Ray, V-Ray and Photoshop
Experience in shading and lighting
Traditional art skills a plus
Ability to work within a team and take instruction from others
Possess self-motivation
Ability to react and respond quickly to the needs of management and clients
Fine Arts Degree preferred, but work experience and portfolio will also be strongly considered

Senior Retoucher

Experience in Photoshop
Experience in both photo-realistic and stylistic retouching
Traditional art skills a plus
Ability to work within a team and take instruction from others
Possess self-motivation
Ability to react and respond quickly to the needs of management and clients
Fine Arts Degree preferred, but work experience and portfolio will also be strongly considered

CGI Modeling Artist

Modeling of both soft and hard objects
Experience in 3D Studio Max, Maya, Mental Ray, V-Ray and Photoshop
Traditional art skills a plus
Ability to work within a team and take instruction from others
Possess self-motivation
Ability to react and respond quickly to the needs of management and clients
Fine Arts Degree preferred, but work experience and portfolio will also be strongly considered
