Great pages.
Guess your inspiration came from an EVA angel?

I use Manga Studio now even for coloring.
It is fantastic!

Hey, guys, thank you for your posts and comments.

Thank you, Wyatt. Yeah, that was the plan all along, separate them to up the stakes a bit.

Hi, Jake.
Thank you as well, you refering to the armoured creature on the last panel?
I just made that up while sitting in the parking lot, pouring rain outside, loud 80s music in. ^_^

Not much Diana action this time, sorry folks.

LOL
You don't know the half of it:

Captain (Nathaniel) Adam is Captain Atom.
Task Force X is the codename for Suicide Squad, whose leader Amanda "The Wall" Waller you can see behind the president in panel 3.
Mr. Bones, the cigarette smoking skeleton is the head honcho of the Department for Metahuman Affairs where Cameron "mean girl" Chase, my favorite DCU character OF ALL TIME works at.
Dr. Caulder is the mind behind the Doom Patrol (you can see two members behind him, Elasti Girl and Negative Man).
Prof. Zatara is Zatanna's dad (she's the schoolgirl in the back)
Codename Blue - Superman
Green - Green Lantern
Black - Batman
Gold - Aquaman
Red - Flash

Wonder Woman - In The Name Of the Mother #24

What? ^_^
Superman gets his Fortress of Solitude, Batman gets his Batcave, even Green Arrow has an Arrow Cave.
You think I would miss the chance to jam the WonderDome, Diana's very own personal crystal palace in the sky in here?
Although, "WonderDome"........ sheesh. ^_^

Aww, I wanted to be surprised but I figured as much.

This last page is the best so far, lot's of good emotion there.
And I tried to find a good alternative name but "floating city" "giant bird", nothing came up in Greek mythology. There is the Roc but not Greek. Well, all I can think of now is Raptor but that's Latin, lol.

Thanks, Ebolii!

Thank you, Wyatt!
The amazons weren't greek, they were horseback riders from the eastern european steppes (Scythia, what we'd call today northern Turkey, Georgia, Armenia...) that the greeks looked at with great suspicion.
So, they don't have to have greek names (or hoplite suits of armor like they do in the WW comic).
That always make me chuckle because it's kinda like trying to write a story about pre-columbian sioux warriors... and then dress them in Roy Rogers costumes and name them Carl and Steve.

I googled Roc/Rukh and I liked what I found, didn't even know such a creature existed, maybe it was inspired in Haast's Eagle?
Cool stuff.

Oh I gotcha. Yeah, I was thinking of the comics which are a mish-a-mash of Greek mythology.

Could be, hehe. I figured people from ancient times would've mistaken the Wonderdome as something else and only the name survived through history.

Hehe, makes me think of how a conversation between WW and IDK Flash would go.
Flash: So are we gonna take your Wonderdome?
WW: (glaring) Its called...

Sorry, my mind tends to wander. Great work, can't wait for the next.

I like mish-mashes.
When it comes to WW, I think there are so many ancient myths we can drink from, from the babylonian pantheons to the Etruscans, the celts, etc, why be stuck with just the greeks?

Speaking of the greeks....
Before there were gods, there were the titans.
And before there were the titans, there were the hecatonchires.
This one is the Cottus and he's the sexy one. ^_^

Wonder Woman - In The Name Of the Mother #25

Designing a hecatonchires was fun, but actually drawing it?
I dreaded that moment for months.

Now that I think about it, maybe the hecatonchires are not the best choice for a villain in the Wonder Woman movie, can you imagine the ordeal you' d be inflicting upon the poor bastards who are gonna have to model that?
That sound you hear in the distance is Zbrush and Maya bawling at the polycount. ^_^
