I have been spending some time studying eyes and noses and hot different parts of the face connects, and here is my newest painting.

Try not to outline your shapes such as you did with the facial contour and the nose, unless you want the outlines to be part of the artistic style. In reality, there are no actual lines--just values and shapes and edges.

Her neck looks strange--the neck muscles don't connect natural to her neck towards the center/bottom. If you are using references, don't arbitrarily stray from them, because you lack the knowledge and experience to know when you've created mistakes in your image unintentionally by not following the references correctly. Only advanced artists would know how to deviate from references without creating additional mistakes, and the only way to become an advanced artist, is to study and practice the critical foundations of visual art seriously.

Thank you once again for the reply. I really apreciate all the advice.

I have been looking at the neck and have to say that I agree. I will have to think about the lines, I feel like the dark lines help add depth but I guess it can look very unnatural.
