Yep. Do a search here on Cgtalk- I posted a thread about it a while back. The long story short is that it's a great website for loosely-structured learning and networking (amongst other things).

Some, but not a lot from what I've seen. There are some really neat video related things they do put on, but they're not typically straight-up video tutorials like you'd see on FXPhd.

Someone correct me if I've missed them...

There used to be a LOT of training video archived on the FTP server for members, don't know if it's still there or not. There tends to be training and videos for each new challenge though, if you're looking to learn VFX-related tasks there's not a lack of resources to keep you busy.

thanks :d
this is reply from daniel rock

Although we do offer tutorials, our focus is to provide them to support the mastery of a particular skill-set usually driven by a mentor directed challenge. We see ourselves as a guild that offers access to like minded individuals as well as all mentors and a community based around proficiency in VFX and production. We also offer access to VFX software for educational use and to support challenges that aim to build your skills. Most important and what we really take pride is the PXC guild. It's a place to build contacts and discover interesting people.
