Picking elective subjects

I have a Diploma in Multimedia and want to get more into 3D, so I'm enrolling in a Bachelor of Interactive Entertainment (with a Major in Animation) at QANTM, and am just looking at the Electives and want to pick the subject that will give me the best skillset at the end of the course for employment.

I want to end up with a position in 3D Modelling, so naturally I want to take the extra drawing elective... however I currently work in web design/development and having scripting knowledge gets you a lot further in this industry and to be honest has helped me in the past, so I'm starting to think an introduction to programming (C++) could help me out in the long run.

Any suggestions from anyone out in the industry for what would be more beneficial to me would be greately appreciated.

I try to daydream, but my mind keeps wandering...
