Animation Grad School

hi, my background is in computer science, but would like to pursue grad program in animation. But one thing is standing on my way, i do not have a portfolio nor sketch book except talent. Is there any good grad school out there that can help me prepare the portfolio before they allow me to join their grad school ? first, i thought i would go to any fine art school and then grad, but if there are any that do both at the same time please show me the way. Thanks
