Which shool is fit for me?

Hi everyone,
I am going to complete my undergraduate computer engineering degree end of spring 2014 semester. I want to move on my career in film industry (especially I am interested in visual effects.)
I am trying to develop my traditional art skills right know because I donít want be only the part of programming part. I want to feel that I work for a film. In these reason I took drawing and design lessons.
I search master and certificate programs to go after the university.
My most favorites are SCAD and Gnomon school.
I wonder that which school do you suggest me and why?
As a person who come an irrelevant background from art, I am not sure how I should going on, and what my next steps should be. I am hoping some guidance from you.
