How to fix this morph target?

Hey guys, I am running into a morph target problem. Basically my original model and target have the same polycount and vertex number, but I used zbrush to break one model into a few sub-tools, which is obviously not the same thing as "sub-object", so now after I merge the subtools back into one whole mesh, my morph target is not usable.

Here I attached the model file. If you can help me out, it will be much appreciated.
