Is Flash dying?

Every web developer I meet seems to say this - which is understandable, since iPads became so popular, and CSS3 was introduced.

But when I look at vacancies for 2D game artists, they ask for Flash experience.

I'm guessing a lot of Flash is still used for mobile games and Facebook games and such?

I want to build towards being a mobile 2D/UI artist, so I'm wondering if I really need to go back to my Flash studies again.

Anyone know?
