Newbie need some help with looping walk cycle

I am new to animation and trying to reproduce this walk cycle from the "Animator´s survival kit" in Adobe Flash. But it does not loop, how do I get it to seamlessly loop?, is there a frame
missing to do this?

That's the cycle of one leg. If you cycled that, it would be a hop.

Hey I recently made my first walk cycle!

Check it out here

This is the only picture i used for reference!

I suggest making rough sketches of each frame then going back over them for the final product

Your walk cycle is, if base on that image, only walking the right leg. Try to continue the animation by finishing the other leg's movement. It should be able to loop continuously.

Cheers!

That's a nice walk cycle for the first attempt!

If you had learn about overlapping action, you can try to delay the hand motion by 1 frame. I.e hand is at its maximum forward on the 2nd frame.

Enjoy animating!
