Cleaning up MoCap data in 3ds max tips?

Hello,


I was wondering if anyone knew any general tips/workflow for cleaning up MoCap data in 3ds max since it's something I may be doing up ahead.

one thing i do is make a duplicate with original mocap an the other to edit and i start by deleting the feet animation an and start to rotomate to match the mocap but add in holds an shifts. an move on from there.
