"give a man a fish and he eats for a day" modeling analogy?

Quote: Give a man a fish and he eats for a day. Teach him to fish and he eats for a lifetime

I'm looking for the right words like the quote above with this in mind
Quote: teach a man to model for e.g a car then he models only a car, teach him how to ______ and he models everything.

what do you think? I would like to hear your opinion about this.
you can even replace everything in the second quote to math the first one

Maybe
Quote: Give a man a tutorial on modeling cars and he will learn to model cars. Give him the will to model his own idea and he will learn to model everything.

All of these worked for me...

Quote: how to edge model and he models everything.

Quote: how to understand surface topology and he models everything.

Quote: how to use zbrush and he models everything and more!.
