Hello friends of the CG,
I have a question, could someone explain to me why I need modeling always polygono four sides and not 3 or 5?

I'm studying Maya now, was modeling in 3DS MAX but I'm told it's best to start by maya since it is used more in the film industry which is the area I want to work in the future.
