Maya - Manipulator Handles HUGE! Not the usual issue, help!

Hi all,

Very strange issue in Maya 2011 that I cannot solve. My manipulator handles for all manipulator tools are absolutely huge, but only in orthographic side view. They appear normal in all other views. Adjusting handle size in preferences does work but if I make them the correct size in side view they are too small in all other views!

Any help at all would be greatly appreciated as it's stopping me from working and I can find no fix.

Thanks
V

hello VincentLeFre

I'm studying Maya and also already had this problem, if it's really what I'm thinking you just precionar ALT - to decrease the handler and to increase the size ALT +.
Was so good that I decided my problem I have helped.
Sorry my english (google translator)

Thanks for the reply tolansky.

I actually solved this problem after posting. I am fairly experienced with Maya but haven't seen this issue before. It was related to the far clip plane being set too large. I was having issues with it being set too low so I had changed it and this was the result. Very odd but lowering the figure solved the issue.
