posing character

hi there
this is my second post here

i have problem with posing my character that when i start to pose the character the topology is changed so the uvw got stretched

wht i want to know what is the best way to pose my character in zbrush and should i unwrap the model again after posing which make the texturing sooo hard

and what is the best way to texture my character

If your character is high poly and it is not intended for animation then pose the character first, use the unwrap and then texture. In your case just pose redo unwrap and touch up the crappy areas on your texture using polypaint.
