Best way to model creases without affecting rounded surface?

On the attached image I want to make an extrution from my red highlighted faces.

The green ticks indicate edges that I want to be creased. And I want the red crosses to remain rounded i.e. follow the flow as per the lower Turbosmoothed (in 3ds Max) image.

Can anyone suggest a good approach for this?

For a hassle free solution: double smooth

If not, more geometry is needed in the circular shape to allow hard edging.

Cheers for the reply. I tried the dual turbo method - pretty cool but think i'll go for the geometry approach in this case. Thanks
