Finding reference pictures

Hi,

I'm a beginner in this fields (still a student, actually), and in order t practice I want to try and model characters, both human and animals.

Where can I find some free good reference images (front and side will be enough, I assume)?

Take your smartphone/camera and photograph somebody. That easy.

Taking pictures is great, but if I want reference of a monkey or bear or tiger, it might be harder....

The best place in my opinion is 3d.sk. You have to pay a monthly fee but all you have to do is dowload for one month and unsubscribe. You'll end up with mega high resolution/high quality images.
