need a program that converts to 3d from photo WITH HAIR

Hi,
Does anyone know which software is it that's being used here in this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8DdyaSCA6zU
I need a program that converts photos to 3d head models complete with the hair, using one photo. All the programs I found makes the modelling on face thus creating bald models. I need a program like the one in this video.
Your helps will be appreciated.
Thanks...

I have to say I like the hand made heads better than the 3D ones in that video.

You could ask the company what software they using. But it looks like they're only using the photos as reference and someone still has to model the face in the computer using CG modeling and sculpting tools.

Creating an accurate face automatically based on one photo is very, very difficult for a computer to do. There are tools which can create reasonably accurate faces using multiple photographs, but most will struggle to capture hair. Do a search for Autodesk 123D - there are plenty of people using it to create 3d scans which can be 3d printed.

Try googling for Facegen. Might be what you're looking for.
