Question Best tutorials for modeling a face

I have tried to learn to model the human face and it always seems to be a daunting task only to leave me back at the drawing board. Does any one have any good recommendations as to what they think the best/easiest tutorials or resources both free and for purchase for learning to model the human face?

Thank you for your help.
