Smile Male mesh topology

I've been working on a male base mesh so that in the future I can create some more complex models from this. I use blender but my question is purely topological so it doesn't really matter. I have never modelled a human mesh and I don't really know much anatomy (just a bit because I like drawing), I would like to get some feedback and crit so that I know what can I improve before going on with my modeling. I leave here some pictures:

The whole mesh is made out of quads so if you see some n-gons it's just blender displaying them incorrectly the wire sorry for that :(

I'm waiting for your feedback!
Thank you in advance!

P.S.: I didn't know wether this would fit better here or in the anatomy category :S
