Detailing Low Topology

I have a small/big problem, I've been retopologizing my mesh in topogun while following this tutorial

Now at the end of the video my model is at the same stage i'm able to increase/decrease the model with both of the original meshes included at either end of the subdivision bar, now i'm stuck.

How would I go about exporting a normal map from this?, every time I try there doesn't seem to be any UVs for the model to do so and before starting this process the low poly mesh already had a UV map.

Essentially I'd like to keep the UV map provided by the low poly mesh but each time I import the High poly OBJ the UVs disappear.

Topogun doesnt create UVs. Any modification of the points will damage the UVs of the low res geo.

To bake maps, you will first need to create UVs in an external application. Subdivision surfaces will preserve the UVs though.
