Motion Capture problem

Hello Everyone, loving Softimage here its a very powerful software. Anyway I'm having some issues with Mocap on my rig and this is what is gonig on.

I Tag my rig and Tag my BVH file and save accordingly then I load mocap on my character using motor. In most cases the character animates but its motions are not really matching the mocap data exactly, mostly its the shoulders on my character that don't follow.

also any tuts, vids or examples of setting using Motor would help, I have already done alot of research and found some good stuff but they never go into detail. so if you know any that do please go ahead post a link. thx

Here is a video of whats going on with most of my motions.
as you can see the lower body is fine but the upper body especially the arms are totally off, they need to be swinging not staying still like a zombie.
