New release: BVHViewer supporting scaling

I've just finished and released a free BVHViewer.

Although there are several (if not many) viewers for the Biovision Hierarchy (BVH) animation format to be found on the web, this is one of the few that supports:

  • All possible rotation orders
  • Local joint positions (Xposition, Yposition and Zposition) for all joints
  • No assumptions on hierarchy or framerate

Local joint positions are supported by the format and allow for bone scaling, making it ideal for Kinect output. For example, the exported BVH files from Brekel Kinect can also be viewed using this viewer, taking into account segment scaling.

It can be found at:

Anyway, I hope people find this useful.
