Cheap vs. Expensive RAM?

What difference would there be in any aspect of performance in 3D content creation for the following two 32 GB sets of RAM?

$339 - CORSAIR Vengeance LP 32GB (4 x 8GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1866 Desktop Memory Model CML32GX3M4A1866C10

versus

$530 - CORSAIR Dominator Platinum 32GB (4 x 8GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1866 Desktop Memory Model CMD32GX3M4A1866C10

installed in a hypothetical system with an i7 2600K running on:

Asus P8Z77-V Deluxe

SMART DIGI+ - Get a Blazing Performance Boost and CPU Wattage Cut in Half!

Dominator RAM is well known to take punishing overvolting better than most other corsair offerings, which in turn means it can be kept stable under higher overclockings.
In practical terms on Intel CPUs it means Dominator RAM is much better than Vengeance if you want to waste your money and prevent use of some coolers that won't clear the added height of the absolutely pointless heatsinks on the modules.

OK, lol, that pretty much clears up that question. Thanks.
