CPU building for AE CS6 ,VUE 10xtream (limited budget)

Hey, looking for a new system.


Approximate Purchase Date: within a week


Budget Range: 650-690$


System Usage from Most to Least Important:

VFX & motion graphics (adobe after effects cs6),
Digital environment/matte painting (Vue10xtream),
digital painting (photoshop cs6)
Video editing (adobe premier pro cs6)
3d animation (maya 12,realflow)

and no gaming

Parts needed: processor, motherboard, memory,Case , psu

Parts Not Required: : GPU, keyboard, mouse, monitor, speakers, Hardrive ,optical Drive

Current parts : Nvidea geforce 220GT, 1TB + 320 GB SATA HDD (intend to buy a new gpu ,a ssd and a 24" monitor 3 months later)


My initial config is >

Processor - Core i7 3770K or core i7 3770

Motherboard - Gigabyte GA-B75M-D3H (Rev 1.1)

Memory - Corsair Vengeance 8GB x 2 1600Mhz CL9

Case - Thermaltake Commander GS-II

PSU - Thermaltake TR2 500W or Cooler Master GX-550W

CPU Cooler - Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo

i have some ques >

1. which is more important for my type of work? (overclocking or hyper threading?)
2. i dont know how to overclock and not gonna do it very often or at all.does overclocking helps ths type of works?
3. reason behind leaving core i5 3570k and go for i7 is only for hyper threading.is this a right choice for my type of work?
4. i5 3570k or i7 3770 or i7 3770K or AMD FX 8350 (is overclocking is a must?)

plz help me!!
