Small question about workstation

Hi
I've small question about workstation.
I've Dell T7600 workstation and my focus is VFX … so I need speed up my work, but the workstation is not working will on windows7 64 bit ultimate… before I used i5 like small pc…. after we have big project so we buy the workstation , but the workstation is not working normally on Maya, Houdini ,Realflow and not to faster then i5….. I read some documents on the internet Autodesk.com,sidefx.com, realflow.com they tall Dell T7600 best in this ……. after the workstation enough for my work… but how to test or speed up…. in Maya i turn on viewport 2.0 is not working will……. so anyone tell me? did they have plugin or software in maya , Houdini and realflow….. thanks again the watching.

Dell T7600 workstation
2 x Quadro 6000 6GB,
32 x Xeon 3.1GHz
256GB memory
system: windows7 64 bit..
