getting NTSF drives to cross-platform

Hi all
I've got a few NTFS harddrives which I've initialized in WindowsXP 64.
I'd love to be able to access them from my MacBookPro (running OS 10.6)
Seems I can copy files from the drive but can't write to it - MacOS says it's locked.

Anyone out there know the solution to this problem?

thanks & best
Nik

hi, you may want to give the EFI (UEFI) format a try on the drive and see if that will better for you.
