Edited storyboards or 3D pre-visualization: first render scene 05 02



3d pre-vis

first render of this scene, shows that John voice is no longer in sync.
eye and facial movements are in the same file as the voice, I edited Johns eyes to look at amy and it somehow affected the length of his voice file.

the voice tracks had to be re-edited to make the three traks (Amy, john and Voice trak) back in sync.

Colored Story Boards or edited footage/renders: coloured storeyboard



Coloured storey boards.

not really a milestone for me.

As I was a team of one, my original "chiken scratching" storey board was all I used.

I did, how-ever, also print out the script with notes used it in conjunction with my storeyboad.

The chase scene was always going to be a selection of shots, using characters from the "paintings"
The final order was edited to fit the music trak.


This is an edited screen shot of the scene thumnail in Ulead videoStudio.

Because of the numbering system I used, it was a fairly straight forward process to edit the film together.

Finished Trailer: Art Gallery



Software: 3ds max,Photo-Paint

Art Gallery

My entry is a one person team, with music arranged by my husband.

I used Reallusions iClone (not on the list of software) to render.

3dmax for modeling the gallery, two head morphs and three of the figures, utilizing Reallusion Content developers Custom iClone skin/bones rigg.
and corelDraw!10's photopaint for texturing.

Each scene was rendered separatly and edited in Ulead Video studio 11.

All the voices are mine, with a voice filter to change the pitch.

iClone is a "realtime" low poly environment with character polys around 15-20K.

One of its advantages is the ability to produce high quality animatics in a relativly short time.

For a one person crew It looks very well and the story comes through fine!
