Rendering with final gathering in 3ds max problems

Hi guys, i don't know if this is the correct place to post this but, hope it is.
I'm trying to render a "high" quality image of a minion (cg meet up minion challenge) but when it finished rendering, the rendered image was this. I'm using 3ds max, mental ray it occured when i use final gathering medium quality (in low quality it didn't happened).
