I thought I had seen everything from the old Ninja Turtles but I certainly don't remember ever seeing this guy, pretty cool. Great start so far.

It just came out this character in an episode of the series, and one episode was closed so never went more

That was one of my favorite action figures. Until my sweet little dog got a hold of it and chewed it up. The fate of many of my figurines as a kid.
