Looking like a good start. Those proportions look a bit off though. Pull that white dress ref into your scene and work out those proportions. Those head to bust to waist to hips proportions are perfect in that ref and your model is still missing the mark. The hips to waist one is especially important.

Hi, I think you need to drop down a few subdivisions and work at a lower res, smooth out the lumps and bumps, and slowly work on separate areas. The face for instance needs more overall work to get it the right shape, if you can find out how to use the floor in zbrush to create image planes you can get ref into the viewport, it will help tons.

Nice start!
Yeah like has been said, high poly surfaces are kind of hard to control and they get lumpy quick. Maybe you could remesh this one and work on a lower level like was suggested.

Hey Thanks, maybe that's a little better, I'm back subdivisions where I previously applied retopoly and I've made the pattern.

I think either the head is too big or the body is too small. play around with a new layer.

Looking good. The proportions have come along nicely the head looks great.

I'm not sure I would ever model on the pattern on the dress though. that seems like it could be done in the texture. Even if you're not planning on texturing it fully using the pattern as a normal or displacement map might give you a lot of freedom down the road.
