A femme fatale (pron.: /ˌfɛm fəˈtæl/ or /ˌfɛm fəˈtɑːl/; French: [fam fatal]) is a mysterious and seductive woman whose charms ensnare her lovers in bonds of irresistible desire, often leading them into compromising, dangerous, and deadly situations. She is an archetype of literature and art. Her ability to entrance and hypnotise her victim with a spell was in the earliest stories seen as being literally supernatural; however, the femme fatale today is still often described as having a power akin to an enchantress, seductress, vampire, witch, or demon, having some power over men.
Model an EMPOWERED female character from used in Film, Video Game, Cartoon or TV Show. Mash-up of character an actors are also welcomed (Imagine Audrey Hepburn as Cat-woman, Or Angelina Jolie as General Maximus)
The idea of this "mini-challenge" is to simulate an impossible deadline for a project. The artists will have at their discretion how detailed the models they will be working on, what program they will be using, the amount of models, and if the models will be shaded/ rigged. But the model will have to be original interpretation of a dynamic scene done from scratch.
A big part of the challenge is that the modeler will have to scavenge all the reference for the vehicles he or she wishes to model. But at the end of the challenge the final model will have to look like a scene that we might see in a Film/TV/Gaming magazine.
