@TwoOneOne: It was lined up but when i took a closer look at that part i saw that a lot of other portions on the grill and front end weren't lining up. And also ended up rearranging that corner to make it look a bit more solid.


Thanks guys

Without the Rail Clone tool for LW it would have taken me a lot longer with the spokes... not impossible but definetly more time consuming...

Great Start to a timeless Bond classic! The form seems to be good and there don't seem to be any major topology issues that I can spot. I look forward to your next update.

Here's the Headlights setup, I'm not too happy about it, there's a few things i plan to change later because right now i am tired of looking at it to be quite frank...

Just a quick Rotor and Caliper model, nothing too fancy because it won't be seen... just a filler

wire (Rotor is a bit polygon heavy, i'll have to go in and clean it up a bit)


The tire has already been simulated with weight. You might notice at the bottom it bulges out.

underneath is a very simple gas tank. in the originial pictures it's noticable a bit.

Thanks maje3d, the hard part for me is going to be texturing...
Here is some attempted clay renders... only to see a whole bunch of mistakes in the model.

Bear with me if this post looks weird. I'm trying to tidy up my posts.

But in case this works this is just basic colors and i'll be playing around with colors and properties to make it look like a real DB5

Try to get a HDR for your environment. Car rendering need that if you want to get good reflection
