sorry guys didnt get as far as I wanted tonight... got distracted but here is an update of what I worked on the most. Just screenshot

one of my friends ask that I post how an unsmoothened version of that cylinder, with info on how Idid the back piece.

First i laid out the piece flat. Then used a bend. Smoothened by 1 and collapse mesh. Welded the symmetry copied version and mad a few minor adjustment and then smoothen to final result.
