Filling an animated fractured object with mparticles

I'm trying to take a bottle that I have simulated to smash into fragments and fill it with particles. My issue is with filling the fractured object with the mparticles in max 2013 so I can simulate a liquid spilling out once it collides with the ground plane. I'm unable to use any external plug-ins for this simulation. Any ideas on how I can accomplish this simulation?

The easy way, Pflow Bake/Cache the bottle breaking first then fill it with mParticles.
