I tried what you said and it looks like its what i want. But theres one problem which you can see in the image. The particles are not properly spawned at the texture. The viewport displays the texture i want but particles are spawned in different location. Is there a way to make them follow the texture in viewport?

birth texture and a short age test piped into a delete could make it crawl along a grayscale or box#3 could do the trick.

The reason its not birthing correctly is because of a viewport bug. The 3d textures do not display properly in the viewport. Where your particles are birthing they are birthing correctly. If you render your 3D MAP on the sphere you will see the particles birthing are actually in the right place and the viewport display of your texture is very wrong...

after giving density by material, below there is a option "if location is invalid delete particles".. also if you want it more accurate change your integration step in viewport to half frame or so..
