Sketchbook of A Spooky Witch

Hey! I'm not really that spooky, hopefully my work isn't either

Welcome to my sketchbook! I've been drawing my whole life... but have pretty much always stuck to self indulgent super stylized stuff. I really need to restart with the basics! I recently decided I was going to challenge myself with doing some sort of study every single day for a year. Originally I was going to wait until Jan 1st, but wow there's absolutely no excuse to wait that long

I hope to eventually draw graphic novels and be a concept artist for either videogames or animated films someday! That's... a pretty big dream for someone at my skill level but that goal is hopefully what'll keep me drawing every day for a year. I might post some of my personal character and environmental designs... but right now what's important is these STUDIES

References are from here:

I'll have more later today! Thanks for stopping by!

Only had time to do one thing today... but that's still no excuse for such a sloppy result. Oh well..
