They're fantastic, the level of detail is stunning! Nice work on the painting, too

I have made lots of miniatures for my boargamne but I was extremely pleased with the main character figurines. They are 4 cm tall, so very small and lots of detail.

@RobertoOrtiz I didn't setup a shop on shapeways because I'm not sure it's worth anything.

Here are more miniatures, and more images can be found on the facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/WhatWeMakeIs

Why is this masterpiece not yet in the IP thread?

No... why is this masterpiece not yet on store shelves? Have you seen the new STAR WARS IMPERIAL ASSAULT game? Similar idea with miniatures, and boardgame maps, and cards.

Sure maybe your game "isn't worth anything"... but have you REALLY asked a publisher to know for sure?

You'll lose nothing by asking - might surprise you.

Hehe, well, I didn't say the game is not worth anything, but opening a shop on shapeways for the miniatures I thought it isn't. I am planning on making a Kickstarter for this boardgame to get it funded and produced.

And the reason I didn't post any of my projects in the IP thread (not this boardgame nor the sci-fi shortfilm "Alone") is because I'm not sure I want to feel it like a job where I have to weekly present a report. I plan on posting though, but I also was extremely busy with the projects that I didn't get to even keep a blog or something as there is no free time.

Well if you post your project on the IP forum on Monday i promise that I will spotlight it.

And all that free promotion can only help.

And BTw the updates are only requested for once a month.

hey guys, i had an idea last year for an ant-eater fork and came up with a workflow that generates the displacement map and object shape from a vector drawing.
