they ask for this software that's what I saw in Job section in bigger studios


To be frank there are so many people looking for work it helps if you use the base tool set.

For me Maya has had its day in fx, the preferred weapon of choice is now Houdini at all but a handful of studios who have held off using it. But that's now even changing as MPC I hear want to start using it for Xmen .
