Well there was this infamous gem from Mega Shark vs. Giant Octopus.

I still prefer the scene where it bit a huge hunk out of the Golden Gate Bridge, but I was living in Sunnyvale when I first saw the movie so I'm a bit biased.

But it's definitely epic - sharks, storms, lightning, airplanes plucked out of the sky by sealife, what's not to love?

MegaSharktopus vs. Giant SquidQuake?

I lost it at "I am getting married in two days"

I need to buy all these sci fi originals because honestly they look more fun than anything I have seen hollywood make in the past couple years.

Let some alien radiation come by for bringing accidentally some next level epicness into skills and size to our resurrected eight-foot mutant sheep aka "Godmonster of Indian Flats".

Just a MegaloCondaGrizzTopus could stand a chance!

Is it my imagination or were those sharks actually barking like bull terriers?

Seems like this is becoming the most anticipated SyFy movie in ages. They might get that Snakes on a Plane buzz going.

We asked the writer of Sharknado some very serious questions

The "logical extreme." I won't argue with that.

Sharknado was actually a hit! It appears to be a classic case of "So bad - it's good."

Even Twitter was all a twitter with the Sharknado Feeding Frenzy!

Best tweet: "B.J. Novak: "I'm afraid that now when we have a real sharknado everyone's going to treat it like a joke"

Sadly, the franchise will likely be ruined now that Damon Lindelof has taken an interest in it.

Yes, that was one of the best tweets!

Quote: What would happen if you spliced a shark with dark matter?

Youd have a sequel!

Can't wait!

They might as well just go all out

and have the story set in a post- apocalyptic future where a gigantic wave perpetually circles the earth and the survivors live on a giant futuristic surf board in a class system, while dealing with storms of sharks, until a mutant post man played by Kevin Costner shows them the path to peace and uninterrupted mail service.
